Refund and Return Policy

Return / Refund

Subject to this Return and Refund Policy and the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Service, buyers may apply for a return and/or refund from Globiq Mall before the expiration of the warranty period specified in the Terms of Service.

Globiq Mall Guarantee is a service provided by Globiq Mall at the request of users to assist in resolving certain disputes that may arise during the transaction process. Users may communicate privately with each other to resolve disputes or contact relevant local authorities before, during, or after using Globiq Mall.


Return Application

A buyer may only apply for a return or refund under the following circumstances:

● The buyer does not receive the goods;

● The goods are defective and/or damaged upon delivery;

● The seller delivers goods that do not meet the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, etc.);

● Items delivered differ materially from the description provided in the item listing; or

● By separate agreement with the seller, where the seller has sent confirmation to Globiq Mall confirming such agreement.

Buyer applications must be submitted via the Globiq Mall mobile application.

If requested by Globiq Mall, the buyer must ship the item to the location designated by Globiq Mall within ten (10) calendar days after submitting the return request.

Globiq Mall shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether to approve any refund or return request. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that Globiq Mall’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and agrees not to bring any claim or action against Globiq Mall or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

If the buyer has filed legal proceedings against the seller, the buyer may provide Globiq Mall with a formal notice from a competent authority requesting that the purchase price be held pending an official decision. Globiq Mall shall determine, at its sole discretion, whether to continue holding such funds.


Preemptive Seller’s Rights

If you are a Preferred Seller, you will receive a separate notification from Globiq Mall informing you of your eligibility to participate in the Globiq Mall Preferred Seller Program.

If you wish to opt out of the Preferred Seller Program, you must notify Globiq Mall in writing. Failure to do so shall be deemed acceptance of continued participation and agreement to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy. Globiq Mall may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the program at its sole discretion.

Any decision by Globiq Mall to approve a refund or return shall be binding on the Preferred Seller. The Preferred Seller agrees to take all necessary actions to fulfill any approved refund or return request.

For any approved refund or return, Globiq Mall will notify the Preferred Seller by email (“Email Notification”) and arrange for returned items to be sent to the address provided by the Preferred Seller, provided that such address is located within the country of sale (“Local Address”).

If a Preferred Seller:

● fails to provide a Local Address; or

● does not accept returned goods within a reasonable period (as determined by Globiq Mall),

Globiq Mall reserves the right to dispose of the goods at its discretion, and the Preferred Seller shall be deemed to have waived all rights to such goods.

If a Preferred Seller does not receive a returned item, the Preferred Seller must notify Globiq Mall within seven (7) days of receiving the Email Notification (“Notification Period”). Failure to do so shall constitute conclusive acceptance that the item has been delivered.

Notwithstanding the above, items approved for refund or return at the sole discretion of Globiq Mall may not be returned to Preferred Sellers, and Preferred Sellers shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to such items.

If Globiq Mall receives returned goods and refuses them, Globiq Mall shall arrange for delivery of such goods back to the buyer.

Preferred Sellers may appeal a refund or return decision by submitting supporting evidence to Globiq Mall. If the appeal is upheld, Globiq Mall may release all or part of the purchase price to the Preferred Seller. The Preferred Seller acknowledges that Globiq Mall’s decision is final and binding.


Rights of Ordinary Sellers

For the purposes of this policy, an Ordinary Seller is a seller who is neither a marketplace seller nor a Preferred Seller.

Upon receiving a buyer’s refund or return request, Globiq Mall will notify the seller in writing. Sellers must respond within the timeframe specified in the notice (“Specified Time”).

If the seller fails to respond within the Specified Time, Globiq Mall may proceed to evaluate the buyer’s request without further notice to the seller.

Globiq Mall shall assess each case individually and determine whether the buyer’s request should be approved.


Return Conditions

Buyers must ensure that returned items, including any free or promotional items, are returned in the same condition as received. Buyers are advised to take photographs of the product upon receipt.


Responsibility

● If the return is due to seller error (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the seller shall bear the return shipping costs.

● If the buyer changes their mind, the buyer must obtain the seller’s consent and bear the return shipping costs.

In the event of a dispute regarding return shipping responsibility, Globiq Mall shall make the final determination.


Refund

Refunds shall be issued only after Globiq Mall receives confirmation from the seller that the returned item has been received.

If the seller fails to respond within the specified timeframe, Globiq Mall reserves the right to process the refund without further notice.

Refunds will be credited to the buyer’s original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account, as applicable).


Communication Between Buyers and Sellers

Globiq Mall encourages buyers and sellers to communicate directly to resolve transaction-related issues. As a neutral platform facilitating transactions, buyers should contact sellers directly regarding product-related concerns.
